Basic Range 17 enhancements

I'd like to request Basic range 17 enhancements:

1. I would like data to be added to the TRMA CF layer if possible
   I'm currently working on it but once completed I would like to have this added Wing wide if possible?
   I need support on how to make it happen as I have zero experience with this.
   Who do I talk to?

2. I would love to have a Discord bot to report range hits.
   A range room in discord would eb great and to implement hit report on all targets of range 17 and range 11

3. For deadeye/eyeball valid scenario I would like to request a two static Sa-11 TEL (no Snow drift - just two TEL) to be placed on Range 17,

Current location testing is as per above picture: Coordinates are:
N68°38.652' E14°26.172' Elev: 44feet
N68°38.579' E14°26.474' Elev: 52feet
The idea is to validate buddy lasing with a tactical purpose (a firing Sa-11) after the SnowDrift have been taken out by ARM
The Sa-11 TEL without the radar is degraded and allow EYEBALL from outside it's WEZ while a low flying wingman (DEADEYE) lofts a GBU using terrain masking)
Those should be activate through F10 menu and aircraft should be protected from their missile for training purposes.

I will probably have more as this is to support a long term training project but that's it for now
I'm ready to assist and make it happen, I basically need guidance and support on how to perform these tasks

Seems quite close of what we have for paddles and works out of Moose scrips which I believe we use for ranges
