Issue Description:
Upgrades are not working as intended — specifically, the acceleration upgrades are not having any effect.
Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn and tame a rat.
Equip the rat with the "Tick Accele-RAT-or" upgrade.
Place a block above or below the rat.
Expected Result:
The block above or below the rat should be tick-accelerated.
Actual Result:
There is no acceleration effect on the block.
The same issue occurs with other acceleration-related upgrades.
