A beginner stuck in the first video

When I made make loader.o in Konsole, it displayed this error.

I think the LDPARAMS in your makefile is wrong, it should be LDPARAMS = -melf_i386 and also in your kernel.cpp change the while(l) to while(1) :)

I changed while(l) to while(1) in kernel.cpp and reviewed makefile file and changed LDPARAMS to be LDPARAMS = -melf_i386 but nothing changed, the same error happened again in loader.s.

It still happens in push %eax push %ebx in lines 16 and 17.

Please check this video again.

I noticed that in your makefile you also wrote "S<" instead of "$<" in the g++ and as commands. Please try to change this and check if the problem is still there!

Sorry but a "beginner" shouldn't be doing anything close to kernel development. Anyways, judging from your screenshot, it doesn't seem like as got the --32 flag and therefore is not compiling for 32 bits. That makes your push using e xx registers illegal. @MAfinitie
