Remove current extractors api and implement a plugin system with the following types

• Extractors plugin (handle metadata/stream extraction) #1977
• Audio transformer plugin (ability to plug in custom audio filters transformer) #1978
• Queue plugin (ability to add new methods/override queue system dynamically) #1979
• Client adapter plugin (ability to use custom clients from different libraries) #1980
