Please add a link to the Craft Tool source code

The best documentation for Bunch appears to be in the Ph.D. Thesis available mentioned in this repo's readme.md. That mentions the Craft Tool and has instructions on how to obtain it. Unfortunately, those instructions no longer work.

Please publish the source code to that tool.
