XCM Version Negotiation Failure

After establishing an XCM channel between Coretime System Chain (para 1005) and Astar (para 2006), the automatic version negotiation handshake failed. Specifically, both the SubscribeVersion and QueryResponse messages sent from Coretime System Chain → Astar are failing to process on Astar's side, preventing supported version registering.

The handshake can be manually resolved by:

1. Sending a QueryResponse with queryId 4 and version v5 from Astar (2006)
2. Forcing Coretime System Chain (1005)'s location to be version v5 on Astar (2006)

This suggests there's likely a misconfiguration in Astar's XCM setup that's preventing it from properly handling incoming version negotiation messages, which should be investigated.
