clock feature cant get correct location.

but it gives me UTC±0.
how to set a custom location. and what format should I use?

I apologize, I completely missed your issue! The time location is based on your system clock. The format system is for formatting the actual text based on languages (etc translating "Monday" to a specific language or changing the order of formatting days, months, weeks, etc). Those are based on ISO Language Codes.
