[Bug]: Full plan / Spec kit is not respected on task that got terminated / followed up #531

Bug Description
When automaker crash or task fail for some reason and we resume it the claude is just directly executing task todo insteada of following the pattern with markers and as well not updating the todo list progress
Steps to Reproduce
- Create the task with spec/full plan mode
- Run the task
- kill app in the middle of execution
- Resume the task
Expected Behavior
Task is respecting the plan we choosen and follow it pattern after resuming it
Actual Behavior
Task is continued but is not updating the todo list / progress in the ui and is executing it in one go not respecting the markers thing
