Groups scoped to Blueprints incorrectly reported as unused

SUMMARY: Groups scoped to Blueprints are incorrectly reported as unused.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a Static or Smart Group
2. Create a Blueprint that targets the Group in step 1
   • I reproduced with a Passcode Policy
3. Run Prune v3.3.2 (20250522-9D)

EXPECTED RESULTS: Prune does not report the group is unused

ACTUAL RESULTS: Prune reports the group is unused

REGRESSION: No.

NOTES: Until Prune supports Blueprints, the documentation for Prune should prominently display that it doesn't.

Went with listing what is scanned rather than what isn't. Not a bad idea to mention though.

May have to wait for the platform API before we're able to scan blueprints.
