Can I use Simpony Simulator v0.6.1?

Hi, nice to meet you all. I am newer to simpony v0.6.1 to have used nazca and gdsfactory. I would like to use simphony, but I can not use it . Can you or May you help me out to simulate nazca files or gds files? I have installed by pip install simphony==v0.6.1 and andaconda.
Example source code use as followed

from simphony.library import siepic
from simphony.simulators import FrequencySweep

wg = siepic.Waveguide(length=10e-6)
sweep = FrequencySweep(wg)
sweep.wavelengths = [1.5e-6, 1.55e-6, 1.6e-6]
sweep.simulate()

print(sweep.s21)
But simphony folder don't have library folder(but libraries exist) and simulators module have no FrequencySweep
or good suggested recommendations
