Auto Check TCP/UDP connectivitiy

Feature for Keymaster/Backend to check TCP and UDP connectivity automatically for the server.
If Server is online and sends heartbeats to the backend, but the backend can't reach the server on the selected Port via TCP/UDP, notify the user in the Server CMD Window with red text.

Issues:
A server requires a valid authkey for this to work.
This is not going to work if LAN VPNs are in-use, as the public IP is used to test the connection and list the server.

Mitigation implemented:
Add quick command for support bot and add reference in docs.
