Create a database of member profiles accessible thru bot command

It's been amazing reading member applications. Let's add logic that, upon promotion of the member, grabs their application from the #applications channel and writes it to our Airtable datastore, in a row with their Discord username and Discord user id.

Also create a bot command that upon invoking /profile , will pull up that application and show it to the invoker.
