Hello,

Thanks for the great work!

Can you please explain why the entire translation matrix is being negated in this line?

To convert from Blender (D-Nerf) to Colmap (rasterizer) conventions, we need to flip the Y and Z axes, but the negation also flips the X axis of the camera.

In my experiments on custom data (provided in D-Nerf format), I am facing misalignment issues, and negating only Y and Z axes on the above line fixes it.

Would appreciate if you could provide clarifications.
