Fresh Voracious Typhon on android acting as if already escaped

Playing a draft on the 2.0.0.8-snapshot-12/26 snapshot in adventure mode a Voracious Typhon was dealing 7 damage per attack while not having any visible counters and a 4/4 statline 
I tested with a Underworld Charger and the same effect did not occur
