Stuck in a bookcase in the Library of Varsil. See screenshot.

To Reproduce
Walk into bookcase.
Might be due to my character model being the viashino riding a lizard?

Expected behavior
Bump off terrain.

Unable to use the teleport necklace or 'return to world map' options as they're greyed out in this zone. Is there an unstuck command?
