Registration Issue

Hello,

I have started using your plugin to look at my data. However, I am unable to register as a plugin user, which causes the registration window to prompt everytime I open a new command of the plugin. The provided registration link opens up with no issues, but once I fill the fields and hit "Submit", I get this error message (in attachment)

Could you fix the issue?
