SymptomInput and SymptomInputManager files seemed to entirely commented out

Describe the bug
Not really sure if a bug or this was intended. Sorry I am new to the project and just trying to understand the sections of the code. If it is still needed just tell me and I can close this issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Navigation' folder in dev repo.
2. Click on 'SymptomInput and SymptomInputManager '
3. See files are commented out

Expected behavior
We should remove these files if they have no purpose.

These are some artifacts that slipped through reviews. The UI code in iOS is a bit messy now because it was difficult to keep everything in check. Also, most logic was moved to the shared Rust library and I'm waiting for the 0.3 beta testing to have a final decision on this, before doing a full refactor/cleanup.
