Definition of Act of Encounter is problematic #757

The definition of cco:ont00000615 (Act of Encounter) is:
An Act of Association wherein two or more Persons meet in a casual or unplanned manner.
If an encounter is unplanned, the Act of Encounter individual should not be a member of a class descended from cco:ont00000228 (Planned Act), right?
I'm not sure what "casual" intends to cover. Can someone give an example of an Act of Association (the superclass of Act of Encounter) that is planned, casual, and not an Act of Meeting?
