Change date format

Please consider changing the format for the date parameter to the ISO 8601 basic date format, yyyymmdd, which is both sortable and unambiguous. Additionally, change the quoteTime format in the return to the extended datetime notation, yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.ffffff

Looks like #53 resolves the first part of this, but not the output formatting.
