At the moment, you need to use --submitter and --speaker to filter quotes, but this is awkward for those who aren't used to command line arguments, and are difficult on some phones, since they may autocorrect to an em dash.

It would be nice if there were a more natural way to employ these filters.

I will warn you against removing the old format, since some people are used to them and will get upset if they disappear.

Could possibly use words like said by and submitted by.
