[4.3-beta] Tree View settings toggled via hotkeys do not affect actual Tree View display

Description:
In versions 4.3.25-beta and later, toggling Tree View view settings via hotkeys updates the check state in the UI, but does not affect the actual content shown in the Tree View.

When the same Tree View settings are changed using the mouse, they work correctly and the Tree View display updates as expected. This suggests that the issue occurs only when the settings are toggled via hotkeys.

Expected behavior:
Even when toggled using hotkeys, enabling or disabling Tree View display settings should correctly affect what is shown in the Tree View.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using Spine 4.3.39-beta, open mix-and-match-pro.spine.
2. Open the Tree View view settings and click Show all skin attachments. Confirm that the attachment visibility in the Tree View changes. This is the correct behavior.
   
3. Edit the hotkeys.txt file and assign any key combination to "Show All Skin Attachments" in the Tree section, for example ctrl + alt + S.
4. In the Spine Settings window, click the Reload button to reload the hotkey settings, then press the assigned hotkey.

You will see that the checkmark in the Tree View settings is toggled on and off each time the hotkey is pressed, but the actual contents displayed in the Tree View do not change at all.
