Base video settings on "Fast" preset #1015

What config to change
Make FO video settings be based on the official "Fast" preset
Why should it be changed
Because from Mounts of Mayhem (1.21.11 or whatever it will be called), Mojang has added official presets for video settings, meaning these are what they suggest for good/balanced performance.
Related improvements and opaque leaves no longer being "fast" are a bonus.
