Update git-repo-sync system to accept API tokens

The current system does not have the ability to accept API token(s) and instead can only make use of app passwords and that it will no longer function on June 9th, 2026 according to Atlassian's BitBucket warning.

We need someone who can invent a GitHub actions system that can synchronize the repository with BitBucket using API token(s) with secrets in the environment variables as the current marketplace did not mention any support for API token(s). (or atleast that's what i have seen in the search results)
