Update printer definition files to support newer (and some older) models.

Currently all Index printers use the same driver, i.e. even if your model doesn't show up you can simply select another model and get the same experience.

However, it would probably helpful if customer could select their model directly. Thus, we should update the list of available models (ppd-files) to include all supported models.
