[scene] Mismatch between rigid FEM frames and collision model

When the needle bends, the edges forming the collision model do not follow it. The needle - tissue coupling occurs between a straight line (EdgeGeometry) and the tissue mesh. The beam model however allows the needle to bend. Pictures illustrate the effect more clearly.
