Describe the feature idea

1. Zooming in and out using mouse wheel or + and - key.
2. Option to turn the three main section of the tagger (image area row, tagging row, tag groups row) into movable and resizable dockers.
3. Bucket snapping feature for the crop tool, using predetermined resolution preset (review using anzhc crop GUI: (https://github.com/Anzhc/CroppingGUI )
