#define DEBUG_DISABLED doesn't work with decimal to HEX conversion

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
My code can compile with dec to hex in array "printI(data[t], HEX)" BUT when using #define DEBUG_DISABLED to remove the library. A compilation error happens.
