Support callback for minimization changes

Hey Leo,

Is it possible to add a callback to detect when the tab bar minimizes/expands outside of the content view controller? Need this to update some UI in the apps when those changes occur.

Hi,
You can use the trait observation API to register your controller for changes to the popup bar's popupBarEnvironment trait.
