每隔一定時間（大約1星期，無認真計過），就會自動清空訂閱名單

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 瀏覽lihkg.com
2. 開啟Libel頁面，發現並無訂閱任何名單

Expected behavior
