Path and/or filename to MEPS needs to be updated

The file https://thredds.met.no/thredds/dodsC/meps25epsarchive/2024/01/01/meps_det_2_5km_20240101T00Z.nc does not exist.

Apparently these file names work again for e.g. August 2025. But at some point they were not there, and there was even some nested structure in the folders. To make a fix would require a bit more investigating into which files to actually use.

I will leave open for now.
