[Bug] Transaction messages display time in UTC instead of local time

Description

Transaction-related messages display timestamps in UTC rather than the user’s local time zone, which may confuse users when reviewing transaction history by blabsy/picique

This problem similar with #640 and need to explore in other integrations

Expected behavior

Transaction timestamps should be shown in the user’s local time zone (or clearly indicate the time zone used).
