[Bug] File Manager, eSigner: Incorrect mimeType returned for .docx and .xlsx files

Description

The API returns incorrect or non-normalized mimeType values for .docx and .xlsx files. As a result, these mime types are displayed in the field 'Type' and confused users

Example returned value:
application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet

Expected behavior

1. The API should return correct and standardized mime types.
2. The UI should display user-friendly file types (e.g. DOCX, XLSX, or Microsoft Excel Document).
