Toggle Microphone Recording Mid-Session

Currently, the microphone recording setting is fixed for the entire duration of a screen recording. It's either on or off from the start. This means private side conversations or irrelevant background audio are captured when the user only needs to record their voice intermittently.

I would like the ability to toggle the microphone recording on and off while a screen recording is already in progress. This could be a clickable button in the recording controls or a keyboard shortcut.

Use Case Example This feature would be incredibly useful when recording long online meetings:

1. Start Recording (Mic Off): I begin recording a meeting. I might be discussing the meeting with a coworker sitting next to me, so I don't want my microphone audio captured.

2. Toggle Mic On: I need to speak to the online meeting. I press a hotkey or click a button to start recording my microphone.

3. Toggle Mic Off: After I'm done speaking and have muted myself in the meeting, I can toggle the microphone recording off again to continue my private conversation with my coworker without it being on the final recording.
