As we're tweaking Accounts, a few key pieces of information I think would be good to add into the workflow whenever someone signs up/cancels a plan.

For sign up:

  • Where did you first learn about this service?
  • What are you hoping this service will help you accomplish?

For cancellation:

  • What led you to cancel your plan today?

This feedback should be exportable from the admin interface; it might be useful to have it piped into notify premium or include in staff digest, but I'd defer on those unless someone indicates they'd actually use those. Ideally at some point this would be used with the onboarding flow that continues to evolve.
