‘Compete’ treats Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (based on 'competing' in text)

TMKP maps 'competing' in text to Compete as a chemical entity.

Seems like a similar issue as the Fig (figure) - > figs mappings.

If this is as prevalent as it seems like it could be, and 'Compete the chemical entity is not likely to be a useful result in general, adding 'Compete' to some kind of blocklist is likely the best way to handle this?
