Make EventInfo correctly overlap cover image when only some data exists

Right now, if the EventInfo card is short (due to only some info existing), it doesn't overlap the cover image as we intended:

We could try using negative top margin here (as a percentage of the EventInfo height) to get this to essentially have half of the EventInfo card to overlap the cover image regardless of it's height.
