How to pass startup arguments when launching the terminal?

I’ve searched through all the issues and forums but couldn’t find any solution at all.

Because the logo slows down the startup, I want to launch PowerShell with the -NoLogo parameter.

I tried setting shellcmdflag, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect.

When I changed cmd, it worked.

The logo no longer shows up.

So, the original code is not compatible with PowerShell?

No, the original code just does this

• run terminal with vim.o.shell

What we need is

• run terminal with vim.o.shell + shellflags

I committed a new fix. It works both on Linux and Windows
