'Build List' redirection bug

Hi ,

notice this small issue when you click 2 or more times on 'Build List':

• 1 open https://abf.openmandriva.org
• 2 click on 'Build List' which will redirect you to default list ( OK )
• 3 click again on 'Build List' , now that breaks since it get
  redirected to 'https://abf.openmandriva.org/build_lists#' and not
  https://abf.openmandriva.org/build_lists ( which would redirect selt to default )
