Change groupId, packages, ... to bittrade.eu

To publish artifacts on maven-central we need to own the domain under which we publish the packages. To avoid buying the domain I would suggest to update the groupId, packages, ... from "org.operationcrypto" to "eu.bittrade" as I own that domain.
