feature request: UTR annotations

Is there any way to treat supertranscript UTRs in such a way that they also get annotated in IGV in the same way as a standard UTR does? Would be useful to see which parts of the transcript are UTRs.

So for non-model organisms using DeNovo assembly that isn't really feasible. But we definitely should be able to do something like that for the model organisms. I will have a think about that.
