[TestBed] Direct Transmission Failed for UAE PINT AE BILLING TEST SUITE (1.0.1)

Hello,

I have setup Oxalis-NG As4, it working fine and have tested the Edelivery test suite which is completed.

I've set up the PhossSMP-xml on Tomcat and configured it.

I configured the SML with SMK (https://acc.edelivery.tech.ec.europa.eu/delivery-sml).

Registered my SMP id with the SMK and logical address.

when I run I can see the participant registered.

But when doing the TestBed UAETest Suite, PINT AE BILLING TEST SUITE (1.0.1)
Test Case 1: PINT-AE Invoice reception through pint:billing-1@ae-1*
I have get several errors, DNS and certificate issue which was resolved but last error regarding the data transmission is not resolved.

Transaction (with instance identifier POP000887-57-20251031T061702) to testing AP failed to be delivered. Error; Direct transmission failed.

Even on tomcat logs I can see 200 output for my document.
