Enable automatic highlighting of all glossary terms across the Developer Portal.
When a user hovers over a highlighted term, display a tooltip with the term’s definition from the Glossary.

Scope:

• Detect glossary terms in all content sections
• Apply a consistent highlight style

• Ensure accessibility and mobile-friendly behavior
