[Docs] Benchmarks + Min. Hardware Specs

Fantastic project!

I was wondering if it would be possible to have some place for shared benchmarks on different hardware stacks to better know what to expect before setting something up. I'm not sure if this would require also creating a common benchmarking script that others could run and submit their results (preferably with validation tied to the hardware used).

Additionally, and related: What are the minimum (+ recommended-minimum perhaps) system specs that are expected to run this a) at all, and b) at a reasonable speed?

This is mostly specific to running locally on hardware us mere mortals can own, although it would help for provisioning VMs appropriately as well.
