Copy Sourceforge wiki into GitHub and bring information up to date

Existing wiki from sourceforge contains a lot of help information and usage guides, including screenshots.

Things to do:

• Copy SourceForge wiki over to GitHub
• Update pages to current version of software
• Enhance the wiki with a page that focuses on scientific and pedagogical information (including journal articles for sources and supporting information).
• Enhance with additional software design documentation
