Make left hand menu div open the main menu

Currently only the hamburger icon will open the menu, where as the entire blue portion should open the menu if clicked for a cleaner user-experience. It would also be really nice to figure out how to shift this to an Elastic menu for a cleaner user-experience, so that it does not hinder the collab space view.
