Provide optional OPAT compatible output

It would be nice if we could integrate the output of ACRT with OPAT https://github.com/GSA/open-product-accessibility-template

Once a machine-readable format is established, it should be easier to sync between different evaluations.

I added an issue with regard to Accessibility Insights reporting here that is related microsoft/accessibility-insights-web#4331
