Snaffler idles till I press a key

Greetings! thanks for this amazing tool.
I have noticed that often snaffler hangs/idles until foreground the prompt and hit a key on the keyboard, at which point it kicks back up and does its thing again. Is there an argument I am missing or some other reason for this?
