Description
If the Java version is too old, the user currently gets a very unhelpful message: "A Java Exception has occurred" (see SoarGroup/Soar#472 (comment)). I'm not sure how best to display the message from a .bat file; probably just print and then pause until the user hits any key so that the console doesn't immediately close.
