Unable to link Provisioned/Code wikis in Work Item

In our project we have one project wiki and multiple code wikis, for different teams.

While trying to link the wiki pages, only Project wiki pages are coming up, unable to find the Provisioned/Code wikis.
Even if i enter the code wiki page link manually, getting error that the link doesnt exists.

Is it some feature limitations between Project and Code wikis ?

Please clarify.
