Create game status window (tab window)

Like in many games, we should have a window that opens when you press tab and of course closes when you release it, and it would show "public" info about all players -
Their names, their score, their items, etc...
Also it should show game stats like remaining time and stuff like that.

In Team Deathmatch the players should be separated in the list by team.
